FM Studio - Baseband File Generator v0.1.2

Generates an FM modulated I/Q baseband file using an MP3 audio file at 44.1 kHz as input. The output file is sampled at either 352.8 kHz (IF) or 22.5792 MSPS for the full SDR baseband output. The output file when loaded into SDR# Studio auto-tunes to the center frequency specified.
